Machine Technology 1

Students taking this course will be introduced to the operation of machines such as lathes, milling machines, and drill presses through an exciting selection of hands-on projects. They will learn to use precision measuring instruments, layout tools, and interpret blueprints. This course also includes an emphasis on industrial safety and the many career opportunities available to the high tech machinist.
